Rarely have after-sales service been so available, precise and efficient.It still exists in 2024...I can't believe it.The item I purchased and installed was not exactly what was needed for my apartment.I wrote an email (more of a call for help!) and I received a response directly.What followed was a ping-pong of emails, details, super detailed explanations to help me understand which model to choose, how to return the old one, etc etc...It's a 100% reliable company and one like this does a lot of good every time!Thank you again for all the time you spent on me.You're superrrrrR!

I knew SAMARAT fans from theSAS AIR BREWERS by the son of a friend who told me how much he appreciated these fans which had been installed in their school, which gave them a little freshness and made no noise.I had them installed in my 2 bedrooms and I am delighted because they allow me to spend a cooler and mosquito-free night.

We were very satisfied with the customer relationship with Brasseurs d'air. Very responsive, answers to all our questions (many) and quality support which allowed us to make the right choices. Very fast delivery and the product is of very good quality (finishes, materials, parts). The installation documents are detailed, and the lifetime warranty gives us great confidence in long-term use.

Firstly to say that the "Bladeless" ceiling fan,really does work! Even on the hottest of days / evening the Bladeless ceiling fan makes you feel much better because of the way that the room air is distributed. On most of the six speed settings it is silent, and on the fastest speed, still barely audible. and the improved comfort level is always felt. We use this brillant cooling device in the winter as well to distribute the heat from our wood burning stove that gathers on the ceiling to distribute the heat equally to all areas of the room of 50m2.Unlike full A/C that can cost €10 plus per day to cool one room the Bladeless fan running costs is measured in just a few cents per day and in my view far healthier for the planet and people.The design is great, arrived only two days after order with excellent customer service prior to order.I strongly recommend.https://exhalefans.com/#bladeless

Excellent after-sales service, super responsive. Following a small technical problem with a product, the Brasseurs d'Air SAS company got back to me within the hour by email and telephone and sent me a replacement part by express. It's hard to do better, thanks to the whole team!
