Tertiary sector solutions: improving ventilation in your hotels

Hotels and hotel groups are looking for ventilation systems that are both economical and easy to install. Guest comfort is also an important consideration.

At a time when hoteliers are often reluctant to install air conditioning :

  • because of the work it can generate,
  • because of the electricity bill that comes with air conditioning,
  • because of the impact in terms of design and architecture (exterior blocks).

Ceiling fans are an effective, easy-to-install solution (all you need is a simple electrical connection to the ceiling) for considerably reducing summer discomfort for customers and employees.

The refurbishment issue for the Hotel Wilde :

The Wilde Hotel was looking for a passive cooling solution (in conjunction with a double-flow AHU) that was inexpensive, easy to install and blended aesthetically into the ceiling. The “bladeless” aspect was a real plus.

Our solution with Exhale :

The use of the Exhale ceiling fan (coupled with a double-flow AHU) met all these requirements.

The WILDE HOTEL CHECKPOINT Berlin is equipped with 110 Exhale ceiling fans.

Testimonial from Hotel Wilde Aparthotels by Staycity in Berlin :

“With the Exhale ceiling fan, we’ve found the perfect compromise between a fan with a design that stands out from the classic ceiling fan, real fan comfort and the safety aspect of being blade-less.”
